Hi All,

we are using google mail. I am currently looking into a solution that makes user MUST label an email before sending in google mail.

any suggestion would be appreciated!

Just out of curiosity, what is your end goal by doing this?  You can apply labels by using filters, but I don't see a great reason to label every outgoing email, as every outgoing email will wind up in Sent Mail anyway.

If you want to label all emails to specific people, or domains, you can do this through a filter.
  • Click on the gear icon and select Settings.
  • Select Filters and Blocked Addresses.
  • Select Create a new filter.
  • Add whatever criteria you want to filter on and select Create filter with this search »
  • Click the checkbox for Apply the label: and select the label you want to have applied

Although this selection will automatically apply a label to outgoing emails, it can soon become unwieldy if you are trying to apply labels to many different individuals.
