If anyone browse the website e.g. car rental and he/she selects California, The customer service chatting team - California, assume has 3 agents available for chatting, will be automatically be selected and then pop the screen at the right lower corner of the web page? <br />
<br />
Overall, all i need is api calls back so the selected customer service chatting team so they can be the first available team to help out our shopper.<br />
