Outlook 2013 "Signature" option not working.

I set up three brand-new Dell computers running Windows 10 Pro and office 2013 Pro Plus
Each PC is setup with Office 365 email account. (Not sure if that makes a difference or not)

When trying to click on the Outlook 2013 “signature” button or the “stationary and fonts” button, it will not open and lock the session for about 20 seconds before you can even cancel out of it. Researched many options posted on the web.
-      tried opening Outlook in safe mode to no avail
-      I checked the registry for settings that I found posted to make sure the path is correct. They were correct
-      I created a new profile. Tried running Outlook in safe mode on this new profile to no avail.

Some sites say to completely uninstall and reinstall office 2013. I can't imagine why I need to do this on three identical new PCs. Is it possible that there is a certain update pushed out by Microsoft that could be causing this?

Any help would be appreciated

Are you referring to "apps and features"?
Interestingly, I noticed when I set up these three new computers, the demo version of Microsoft Office was not installed as it is usually when I purchased new computers. However, under absent features, I see this Microsoft Office demo suite. I'm going to try to remove this and see what happens.
Disregard my post referencing the demo version of Microsoft office. I did not see it there. However, as you indicated, I did see and remove the "Microsoft office desktop apps".

That works perfectly!!!! I am now able to open and create signatures.

Can you tell me exactly what the cons are of removing the "Microsoft Office desktop apps"?
- Does it affect any basic Microsoft Office functionality?
Resolved
The fix was to uninstall “Microsoft Office Desktop Apps” under Windows 10 Pro > Settings > Apps and Features
-      basically, with the newer Dell computers running Windows 10 Pro, Microsoft no longer places the “office 365 demo version” in control panel “add and remove programs” - but now places it in the apps and features area and calls it “Microsoft Office desktop apps”. All this really is now -  it's the Microsoft store version of office 365 office suite.
-      This is very new and I was not aware of this until I researched it.

notacomputergeek - thank you very much for your help
