How to physically locate a file on the server from the URL

We have SharePoint running on our in-house server "SERVER1". We use SharePoint Designer to program SharePoint.
Somehow we messed up the file "EditForm3.aspx" when working on SharePoint Designer and need to restore it from a backup. Unfortunately we have no idea about the physical location of this file except that we know the following URL. So the question becomes how can we located this file physically from the following URL?

http://server1:8086/Lists/Turnkey Status Tracker1/EditForm3.aspx

Thanks
Jack

PS - The server is Windows Server 2008. It does not have Index Service running so we can't simply search for the file on the server.

You can still search for the file even though the indexing service is not running.  It will just take longer, is all.

Correct. Tried to search a few files with success but not this file. Very strange.
Try enabling the special search options:  Search in subdirectories, search for hidden files, search in system folders.  Of course if the file was deleted and not just relocated ...

Here is the weird thing -
From IIS manager, I found the SharePoint site was located in the following folder
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\8086

The home page of the SharePoint site is as below
http://server1:8086/default.aspx

But i even could not find the file "default.aspx" in the folder "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\8086"
And i searched for the file "default.aspx" on the server with no luck.
