SBS 2008 Server Manager Error 0x800F0900

I went to decommission our SBS 2008 Server and hit a snag. I can't get in to add or remove roles. Server Manager comes back with error 0x800F0900. All the articles say I need to download the "package" for the KB but darn if I can find these packages. The CheckSUR.log is attached. Can anyone help?

probably caused by a corrupt update.
Use the system file checker.  sfc /scannow

Run the system update readiness tool to fix problems created by updates.

FYI not at desk on mobile now so excuse typos and grammar.  After working with two updates and rerun of tool still shows error repost log and I'll take a look if you still need help.
Thanks Madison. It worked great but then I tried removing the Active Directory Certificate Services and got yet another error. I finally gave up and shut down the old server then cleaned up the metadata on the new one.
