Can you please share a script to install MS Visio 2016 with GPO? or any other usable method.

You might find this guide useful:

https://c7solutions.com/2015/10/installing-office-2016-click-to-run-via-group-policy

Essentially, you need to put the files on an accessible share, create an XML file to run the deployment, download the required binaries, and then create a startup script to install the desired application.  The tutorial shared contains all of this.

The Visio installer package and XML will be a bit different, but it should be essentiall the same process.
To install through GPO, you need the installation in the form of MSI. Here's the information:

I have the application on my shared drive but the process in both links are very complicated. Is there an easy way to deploy?
Do you have the MSI file?

No, Full package with setup.exe. I think there is no .msi file for visio 2016. If yes, please share the link.

yes we Volume but only ISOs. And i think they are talking about Standard version.
I would look around, maybe you can download in different format. Or it even may be on the same ISO in some special directory. If your version is higher than Standard, even more reasons to have it as MSI.
