How to edit 2 still photos in a 3 minute video?
We have a 3 minute video and the video is a series of still photos. Two of them have inappropriate content. We'd like to edit these two photos and replace it with another photo shown in the same video. The audio is suitable and no changes needed.
Someone here on EE was kind enough to edit this video for us in the past. Anyone else or suggest a simple editing software?

Thank Joe:
In the video that are 3 photos of alligators. Two show them having duck for lunch. This is deemed inappropriate for children to view. So, we'd like those two replaced with the other one. Video is 3 minutes but 28MB.
Not the entire photo just the alligator.

Great Joe: Now to get the pastor to approve it. I doubt they will but maybe 10% chance they do.
They oppose Harry Potter, Disney Frozen, Presbyterians, Christian books written by authors they do not like, etc.
I just need to burn the files to disc in DVD format for the church TV.
