Set Adobe reader as default PDF reader

I'm trying to make adobe as default to open PDF files but after I reboot the PC, it switches back to Microsoft EDGE as default to open PDF files. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Right-click on any PDF file and select Open With...Choose default program.

Leave check mark in "Use this app for all PDF files" and select Adobe Reader Program and click OK.
