Why doesn't Form Text Boxes Date Range pass information to the Query?

See attached File. Refer to Form "CustomerSalesHistory_Detail", Report "PreviewCustomerSalesDetail", Query :PreviewSalesHistoryDetail"

If the Query has the following code under the Date Field : Between [Forms]![CustomerSalesHistory_Detail]![StartDate] And [Forms]![CustomerSalesHistory_Detail]![EndDate]

Why do the Buttons "Email Report" and "Export Report", when selected ask the user to enter the StartWhy Date and End Date again? If the user re-enters it, the Email Report and Export Excel work fine.

Shouldn't the text boxes on Form CustomerSalesHistory_Detail ("StartDate" and "EndDate") be passing that information to the query?

Did I do something wrong?

Thanks for any help!!
Rick

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It was just properly referencing StartDate and EndDate on the report...
