AD Cloud Service Cross Compatible between OSX and Windows

Trying to find a cloud-based AD service that would be compatible with both Mac and Windows does anyone on here have any suggestions or experience?

What features, specifically, are you looking for? "AD" isn't really a thing. It is an umbrella turn that could mean different technologies depending on context.

I'm trying to domain join all my devices, that way I can deploy policy's and manage network along with all the devices and user on that network.
Then you want an on-premises server.  ADDS still uses the same basic design it launched with in 2000 which was way before cloud "as a Service" type offerings existed.  It expects a relatively low latency high reliability connection.  It doesn't necessarily need to be a Microsoft server; SAMBA has had ADDS services for years, but it should be a local set of servers. In multi-site environments, it is even still recommended to have a DC or RODC at each site.  People who try to go over a VPN often discover painfully that it just isn't architected for that environment.
Hmmm, Interesting.
I'm really new with this stuff and manage over 500 users across three offices I'm trying to figure out a way to best manage all devices we are about half and half OSX and Windows shop. So Microsoft AD doesn't really do much good for the macs. I'm not well versed in any of this but need to figure out a way to join everybody together and be able to manage everything in one place. what would you advise in my situation?

Thank you Cliff
It is not Microsoft. it is apple....who do not want its product to work smoothly with other product. i agree it is really tough to integrate mac with AD. As i am having hard time with it. like mac cipher requirement complicate the integration with AD.

Next keeping AD on prem is much better option rather moving to cloud. Remember cloud AD has several plans and in long run, it is an expensive solution. I have not talked about other aspects, like network cost etc.
