Migration jobs status hung at stopping

We started a migration of 2 users emails from one dbs to another dbs and the status was stuck at syncing. So we told the job to stop but now both jobs are sitting at stopping forever.
Is there a way to clear these 2 jobs via the EMC?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Open your exchange management console
1. do a    Get-MoveRequest  to view all that is in progress and their status
2. Once you see the names of the Move-Requests that are in the stopping status do a Remove-MoveRequest

Well when I run that is does not show any jobs running. But when I go into the EAC on the migration tab, it shows the 2 jobs still as stopping
