Building a HA and Disaster Recovery Using Failover Cluster Instances and Availability Groups

Hello ALL,
I have an Infra with 2 datacenter, on each datacenter, I have an FC with 2 VM running WIN2012 and sql svr 2012 entrep.
I need to configure automation failover between two datacenter and here I have to use Always ON.
Need to understand if automatic failover is possible, and how can I configure this without a downtime.
Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Automatic failover is possible in AlwaysOn when you set it to a Syncronous mode. Assyncronous mode only let manual failover.
Configuring an AlwaysOn solution doesn't provoke any downtime.

Thanks Vitor, should I have a shared storage between the 2 datacenters?

You don't need shared storage for AlwaysOn and that's what is good with this solution as doesn't have any single point of failure.
It only needs Windows Failover Cluster but the SQL Server instances should be installed as stand alones so each one has their own storage.
