Magento session tracking

I am using Dynatrace APM and want to trace user session in Magento 1.9 CE.

Does Magento uses cookie or javascript variable to store customer and administrator email address? If yes what is the cookie / variable name?
If it doesn't, how to set customer and administrator email address onto the page meta tag?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Why don't you just ask the admin email?
I'm not sure the purpose to have this email in the meta tag...
Any case for security reason you should ask the permission before...

Magento store session in cookies and other info also in DB.
I don't recall that email was saved in cookies as it is a sensible information.
Any how the session is encrypted
