Problem with tiny dialogue boxes

I recently finished configuring my new Lenovo P71 laptop, and almost everything seems to be working well.  But when I open some programs the dialog box opens on my desktop so tiny that I can't read the instructions (see the two examples below from the Logitech Gaming program - which I use to adjust the keys on my keyboard - and Western Digital - which I need to access for my secured external drives).  As you can see, the resolution of my screen has everything else the size it should be.  Please help.

Thanks,

Phil

Thank you for the response.  While I would love to know why this is happening, the magnifier is a great workaround.   Shaun, if I change my display settings so that the tiny dialogue boxes are legible everything else becomes too big.
you can also pin the magnifying glass (from ease  of access tot the taskbar
