Based on your comment I purchased Kutools, which seemed like a great solution. &nbsp;Unfortunately, after buying Kutools I couldn't find the function in the link you sent me. &nbsp;I contacted the company, and apparently they do NOT offer the function shown on the link. &nbsp;I'm confused by what the link represents, but thought you should know. &nbsp;The email from Kutools is attached.<br />

Printing Outlook Contacts
