2016 Outlook Safe Senders List Question.
The motherboard on my old PC recently crashed and I replaced it, along with upgrading from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Home. I could not use my Outlook 2016 email after the crash. After I upgraded everything and installed Win 10 Home I reinstalled Office 2016 and successfully reactivated it.
The problem I am having is I had Outlook 2016 configured so that it would block any emails that did not come from a list of about 75 safe senders. It took me over a year to compile that list. I would like to retrieve it to use in my fresh installed Outlook 2016. It is on a secondary HDD that I installed in my new PC, so the file is there...somewhere. Is there a specific file that I can find from my previous Outlook installation that I can copy over to the new location that has the safe sender list in it? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Safe senders list is stored in the Mapi profile of a user as a junk mail rule and also store in the profile registry key. As long as you have access to the mailbox you can recover this information from Safe senders list from Outlook client or OWA. In case you don't have access to the mailbox then if the MAPI profile is available then you can still recover this from Outlook client / Mfcmapi tool. However, if there is no access to the mailbox or the Mapi profile then it is impossible
