My company is interested in delivery newsletter to it's costumer. Actually they are doing so with ccn mass mail but they can't personalize it (Dear, [name]...). Please consider that this is a really uncommon case: 100-500 recpits all interested in the content and max 10 mail in a year. <br />

Our christmass mail get 98% of opening ratio and 43% of response. Yes, perople replied to our christmass newsletter.<br />

Mail chimp was our first choice but leads to spam.<br />

We are using outlook 2016 and exchange server 2016 on-premises.<br />

I'm looking for an outlook plugin or phpbased tool. Is there any advice? A drag and drop builder whould be cool but not required. I'm also wondering how microsoft expect us to manage so.
