I've got two separate domains, with two separate email environments, one is Exchange 2010, the other 2013. <br />

Prior to migrating mailboxes to Office 365, in my 2010 environment, I believe I need to change my KeepAliveTime in the registry and the MRS Proxy config file on the CAS servers from the default of 5 mins to something like 30 minutes. Then the load balancer needs to be higher at 35 mins, then the firewall at 40 mins for example. <br />

35 mins - Network Load Balancer<br />

Is this a requirement on the Exchange 2013 CAS environment as well? <br />
