Office 365 - Exchange 2010/2013 (KeepAliveTIme/Load Balancer/Firewalls)

I've got two separate domains, with two separate email environments, one is Exchange 2010, the other 2013.

Prior to migrating mailboxes to Office 365, in my 2010 environment, I believe I need to change my KeepAliveTime in the registry and the MRS Proxy config file on the CAS servers from the default of 5 mins to something like 30 minutes. Then the load balancer needs to be higher at 35 mins, then the firewall at 40 mins for example.

30 mins - Exchange Server KeepAliveTime
30 mins - Exchange Server MRS Setting (web.config)
35 mins - Network Load Balancer
40 mins - Firewall

Is this a requirement on the Exchange 2013 CAS environment as well?

They both use separate VIPs, though it would be nice to keep all my settings the same across all environments if possible.

Thanks for any advice.

There should be no need to modify these settings for your migration. If you want to see what microsoft thinks then you can contact their O365 support but there should really be no need for that migration.
