Configuration of network in W2K VM in Hyper-V Windows 10 Pro 64bit

I just installed Windows 2000 as Hyper-V VM on Windows 10 pro 64 bit successfully. But I am not able to access Host drives and internet despite my success in Win10ProVM. I would appreciate any suggestions and guidance how to configure Host drives and internet.  Here is the VM settings for W2KVM.

Have you got drivers and/or network adaptor in the VM ?

e.g. any missing drivers in Device Manager ?

Are you using VLANs, un-tick it.

Active Protection takes the fight to cryptojacking

While there were several headline-grabbing ransomware attacks during in 2017, another big threat started appearing at the same time that didn’t get the same coverage – illicit cryptomining.

Hi Andrew,

Yes, I have done that. Also, I have installed all window editions as VM's in Hyper-V successfully. However, W2K and XP installations in Hyper-V can not access my host drives and gives me access error. I can access the internet on both VM's.  I don't know how and where to set access to my work group in W2K and XPHyper-V VM's of all windows editions machines.  Other edition VM had no problem. See the summary below.

Okay, so let me just ask you a single question ?

This Win2k VM can access and ping the internet ?

So therefore this Win2k has working networking.

The issue you are experiencing is different versions of SMB!

and that's because Windows 2000 and XP do no support the versions that your other hosts are talking.

Yes

Does it mean I can not access my host drives in W2K and XPSP3 Hyper-V VM's ?
