Have you already migrated everything off the SBS2011 Server, so it is no longer 'active' in the domain?<br />
<br />
If so, and you are just going to turn it off anyway, why do you need to uninstall Exchange?<br />

Can't uninstall Exchange 2010 because of public folders. &nbsp;I'm trying to decomission a SBS2011 server. &nbsp;I have tried many things on order to get rid of public folders so that it will un install. &nbsp;I am at the point where I can no longer mount the databases so the nothing works. &nbsp;My new Exchange server is up and running fine, I have moved the Active Directory to another server and removed the Active Directory Certificate Services from the SBS server. &nbsp;I just need to uninstall Exchange and then I can turn this off. &nbsp;Any suggestions?
