Outlook 2010 Freezes when trying to use / create signature files under windows 10 OS
We have had an ongoing issue. We have recently installed several new workstations in our network. All of which are Windows 10 Pro 64Bit Stations. We re-installed our licensed copy of Microsoft Office 2010 (32Bit Version - Service Pack 2). Outlook works but we are unable to use or setup signature files. When we go into the outlook options area and click on either Signatures or the Fonts button, outlook freezes. We then have to run the task manager to shutdown the program and restart it. We have researched this error and implemented several "Fixes" including re-installing Office 2010 which did not work. We then made the following registry changes:
32-bit version of Office on a 64-bit version of Windows HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR E\Classes\ Wow6432Nod e\CLSID\{0 006F03A-00 00-0000-C0 00-0000000 00046}\Loc alServer32
and added the correct path to Outlook.exe - still no joy.
Im not sure if we are missing anything here and was hoping someone out there may have a different fix that we can try.
