I have a hybrid solution setup between my on-prem and O365. The problem I have is that O365 users can not see the free/busy information of any new domain I create (on-prem) and configure. For old domains we had when hybrid configuration was setup, O365 users can still see free/busy information of those users, and vice versa.
So to clarify, if I had to create a new domain now called problem.com with mailboxes on-prem, and set it up with all DNS records required and added to O365, the users on O365.com will not be able to see the free/busy schedule for any users on the problem.com domain. The problem.com users though, are able to see the free/busy schedule of the O365 users.
Note, CNAME and SRV records have all been added and domain verified on O365.
Can any one point me in the right direction? I have attached a screenshot which shows two users (both on prem) free and busy information. The new domain's free and busy does not show, but the old domain's does..
