Office 365 Autodiscover

Office 365 Autodiscover gives a Certificate warning and I have no Idea where the cert is coming from.

I Used the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 tool and get;

"AutoDiscover service seems to have configuration issues that prevent Outlook to connect o Office 365. An intermediate web server at https://(domain name).com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml is interfering with AutoDiscover service and responding with incomplete data.

Your administrator need to either remove or correct the AutoDiscover component from https://(domain name).com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml. "

We have checked and there is NO Autodiscover.xml file on the web server at all.

I have tried this from the customers network as well and an external network (using a different DNS server) and get the same result.

As a result, we cannot add new profiles to outlook,

Could you also check the client traffic from Fiddler and Netmon what does it show?  That is, in addition, to the step suggested by Vasil above.
When you say office 365 are you referring to the client (office) or the Service?
for the service
autodiscover A @ autodiscover.outlook.com is the record you should have you can check your autodiscover and other dns records for accuracy within the office 365 admin portal
