Exchange 2013 - Is the a way to not Send emails to a recipient of a DL if the recipient is also the Sender?

I created a DL that contains both internal mailboxes and external contacts. This DL needs to be available to all members to be able to send, and it works. Problem is that if an external contact sends an email to it, they will also recieve a copy because they are also a member of the DL. Is there anyway in Exchange to tell it not to deliver to a recipient if it's the same as the Sender?
