HP Storage down

I have a san that has 5 nodes. Currently 2 of the 5 nodes are down.  Node 3 is up and running but  HP StoreVirtual shows stats see alarms and the alarm is ‘CIM Server’ server = ‘Down’ .  Node 4 I can connect with a console and it shows Node4 when I try to log on it says wait a min the server is not fully started. (2 hours  I have let it sit)
I need to get node 3 up and running so the users can work..

Sounds like the motherboard, look up the serial no on http://partsurfer.hpe.com/search.aspx and get a replacement from a broker. The OS is licensed by the MAC address of the primary NIC but HPE are pretty good at issuing new licences andit should run unlicensed for a month IIRC.

Plug a screen and keyboard into it and watch it boot, it's just a server plus OS.

it boots to the user interface. I can log in on Node 3 but i still get the message.  ‘CIM Server’ server = ‘Down’  in the HP StoreVirtual management console.  Node 4 it loads the OS and you can ping the interface.
