Missing navbar styling
I pulled this collapsible navbar off of W3Schools and it seems like it is missing some formatting. There is no black background (ie: inverse) and there is only one horizontal bar. What support file am I missing for this utility? It "works"...it just doesn't render well.
<nav class="navbar navbar-inverse">
<div class="container-fluid">
<div class="navbar-header">
<button type="button" class="navbar-toggle" data-toggle="collapse" data-target="#myNavbar">
<span class="icon-bar"></span>
<span class="icon-bar"></span>
<span class="icon-bar"></span>
</button>
<a class="navbar-brand" href="#">WebSiteName</a>
</div>
<div class="collapse navbar-collapse" id="myNavbar">
<ul class="nav navbar-nav">
<li class="active"><a href="#">Home</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Page 1</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Page 2</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Page 3</a></li>
</ul>
<ul class="nav navbar-nav navbar-right">
<li><a href="#"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-user"></span> Sign Up</a></li>
<li><a href="#"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-log-in"></span> Login</a></li>
</ul>
</div>
</div>
</nav>

The page I am working on is password protected. I was just showing you the site itself to illustrate that the bootstrap is working on the site in general. Just not on this navbar. I will use your reference and update my site. Thank you!

When I include them some of my other bootstrap is distorted. Here is the main site, which I think is web responsive:

When I add in the above references it distorts the header...which I made in Mobirise. Is this a conflict between Mobirise and the rest of the site? I have a bunch of other nav utilities that work just fine.
