Acronis Assistance

I have a new laptop with an unformatted SSD. I have a Acronis TIB Windows 10 image I want to load on the laptop.  How do I accomplish this?  Do I simply load it on a USB, and boot to USB?

Could someone give me the basic rundown on how to create a Acronis Image, and then load it on a new workstation?

basically, you need to start Acronis froma bootable DVD, or usb stick,
then select restore, and point it to your TIB file

here's how Acronis does it :  https://kb.acronis.com/content/60169

How do I start Acronis from a bootable DVD if there is no OS on the SSD, and the SSD is unformatted?
assuming you have a fairly recent pC, with UEFI - it should boot from the DVD

if it does not, then you go into the BIOS boot menu (depends on each system) and select the DVD with the bootable Acronis on it  (BEST test that on another PC first)

it can be you need to disable secure boot in the bios

I understand how to make a bootable DVD etc.  Could you give me instructions on how to load my licensed version of Acronis on an ISO that I can copy to the bootable DVD?
