I am testing in Dev environment before production deployment. &nbsp;So, I am not getting any problem when I run using <b>Start Debug</b> option. &nbsp;I am just trying to know why I am getting error when I use <b>Start Without Debugging</b>. &nbsp;I mean to say how thing changes when I use one mode vs other.<br />

Hello Experts,
I am trying to run a SSIS package using Visual Studio 2015.  When execute it with Start Debugging mode, the package runs just fine.  But when run in Start Without Debugging  it fails with the below error message.  Any idea what is going on?  Please try to help.  Thank you in advance.
