Mail sent from my domain to Gmail will show security error: "mydomain did not encrypted this message." even i have SSL certificate install.
When i sent email from my domain to Gmail, it got security issue since last week. I already had SSL certificate and not expire yet.
How can i resolve this issue?

And you have the SSL certificate also setup on the SMTP sender? (btw. any certificate will do, domain names are not verified on SMTP connections).
Post the exact error message + likely someone can assist.
Also you can use Jetmore's SWAKS tool to debug your connection, as this tool shows enough deep debug info, you'll likely be able to instantly determine the problem(s).
BTW, having an SSL cert on the sending end of a mail transaction is meaningless.
Also post the port you're using for submission to gmail - 25, 465, 587, etc...
