How to sort contact folders in Outlook ?

Hi,

i'm searching for a way to sort the Outlook addressbookfolders in the "more contacts" section of the Outlook contacts.
Is there a tool or script to do that?
I would be fine with VB ,too.
I already tried to figure out how to address this objects with VB but i didn't find anything.

Outlook, People, View, View Settings, Advanced, Sort:   Then click on Sort and select the way you wish to sort.

Thats how you can sort the items /contacts inside the folder but i want to sort the order of the folders.
You can click on the folder and drag it in relationship to the other folders.
You can also right click on the Folder and select Move Up or Move Down and also Sort A->Z or reverse.
Yes in the folder section but not in the contact section there you can just move them up or down and i also need this to be done on the client PC's.
That is a client thing to do. Just tell them how to do it. It is very easy for them
If we just had a few folders it would be easy, but we have about 15.
We can't be sure that every of the 140 users is doing this right.
