View info on client computers within SCCM

Where do I go within System Center Configuration Manager 2016 (SCCM) to view the following information:

1. A computer's stats such as processor type, hard drive size, etc on a particular client computer.

2. A complete list of what software is installed on a particular computer

I simply want to be able to view a list of all software programs installed on a particular computer that is managed with SCCM (the same list the appears within Programs and Features for that computer).
Based on your question I looked at my system and found that I never enable Reporting Role.  So this morning I installed it and there is a can report for software.

Do you have this role installed on your SCCM machine?

I don't believe I have the Reporting role enabled.

Can you provide me with the steps on how to enable it?
Open Administration | Site Configuration | Right Click Sites | Select Add Site Roles
Press Next | Next | Select Reporting Server Point

Once done goto Monitoring | Reporting | Reports  (note it will take about 15 mins to populate all the pre-canned reports)

Once done you are looking for a report by the name of  Software 02E Installed Software on a Specific Computer
I will read up on those links.
