Cannot connect with Monster Customer Support...
I have a pair of Monster Isport headphones that are under warranty and in need of support. The number I have for Monster Inc. is: 1-877-800-8989.
It doesn't matter when I try to reach customer support they are never available.
I've tried several times to make my request known to them via their online form. No one has responded to my request.
Maybe I'm missing the point, but I am unable to reach anyone that can help me fix my headphones.
By chance, would anyone of you have a different telephone number I can use to contact Monster customer support?

I've tried that telephone number. The person that I talked to referred me to their standard support number which does not connect me to customer support.
I've read their Monster Products eCommerce Return Policy. Thank you for that information!

Yeah unfortunately that is all I can find. Maybe calling that number again to see if they have a better or different response? Did you try emailing them? Any response?

Hey Wakeup, I've emailed them several times, no response!
I'm thinking they can't be running away from me because I have not taken a bath in a few days!
I am going to borrow that interesting idea of yours William - I am taking the headphones back to where I bought them. Keep your fingers crossed!

Yesterday I returned to the store I purchased the headset. They would not replace nor give me the missing (I lost) earplug.
While I was in the store they tried reaching Monster Inc. and failed. The store rep said that he would continue trying to reach Monster Inc.
Once contact has been made, he will contact me and give me the details of his conversation with Monster.
To be honest, I don't think that the sales rep will call Monster. I could feel the smoke being blown...........
