Sending as an Alias
We have a client that would like to tidy up their mailboxes by adding multiple alias to their main exchange account and to be able to send as an alias.
They use MS Exchange 2010 and when I have tested this by adding another alias to an account I get the following bounceback message if I send as an alias.
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
{Recepeintant email address}
You can't send a message on behalf of this user unless you have permission to do so. Please make sure you're sending on behalf of the correct sender, or request the necessary permission.
Yet there appears to be no place to add such permissions if the account is an alias,
