outlook, calendar

a user  is requesting help for a capability to "poll" external parties to facilitate scheduling efforts.  To my knowledge, Outlook polling only looks to be able to handle a single yes or no rather than yes or no to a list of dates .

Every once in awhile, User A  askes me to schedule a conference callwith some OUTSIDE TEAM  members.   I usually send out an email like this:

USER A would like like to schedule another conference call.  Please let me know whichdates/times are agreeable with your schedule.

July 26 9-10; 10-11; 11-12

July 27 9-10; 10-11; 11-12

Someone suggested that I use Doodle.  When I went andlooked at Doodle on Google, it was something that while free you had to download stuff and I know IT does not want us downloading stuff willy, nilly.

“Is there another program that YOU  recommend? There has to be a more efficient way to findacceptable times to meet with a group of folks outside of the company.”

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We use Doodle for doing this in a large Not for Profit I help with. It is web based - nothing to download and install. Widely used and I would not describe it as willy nilly

The results do NOT integrate automatically. Once you (owner of the Doodle poll) have your date, you send out invites.

do you have another tool in mind
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
Doodle is the most widely used tool I have seen for this
Ensure Business Longevity with As-A-Service

Using the as-a-service approach for your business model allows you to grow your revenue stream with new practice areas, without forcing you to part ways with existing clients just because they don’t fit the mold of your new service offerings.

Does that mean that Communications is free to use this online tool for polling purposes?
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
For all the users - yes, free. For the owner (creator of the poll) I think it is but you would want to check.

check with whom?
