The best RAID set up for a Web Server?

Hello, All.

Before I go any further with the RAID 5 configuration that I currently have set up.

Question.
What is the best array to run for a web server running?
IIS, SQL Server, Mail Server, etc...

I currently have 4 - 500GB drives in the ARRAY.

My RAID card gives me these options.

JBOD,
RAID 0,
RAID 1,
RAID 10,
RAID 1E,
RAID 5,
RAID 50,
RAID 5EE,
RAID 6,
RAID 60

I have another server that will be brought into the network by the end of summer, and another server by Christmas.
So, whatever information I get here from this thread, will most likely be used across all servers.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks to you both, great information.
Raid10 will most likely be the way to go then.

The DATA is VERY Important, as it is a web server, and even though I do backups, there is always the chance that I did not do a recent backup, and a drive dies. So, if the RAID10 will help in the non-loss of data in case of a single drive loss.
Then that is the way I will go, and I will do the re-raid later on this evening
So have it ready for tomorrow night, when I start building the Web Server Farm on it.

Thanks to you both.
