I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Hi,

I would mount that DB back again, and then check what Health mailboxes are in there. There should be 1, since 1 is created for each DB.
To do that, run command: Get-Mailbox –Monitoring -Database <database name>

After that, you can dismount DB, delete that HM in AD Users and Computers, and you should be able to remove DB.

Regards,
Ivan.

Hello Ivan,

If I remove the HealthMailboxes from the Monitoring OU, Does it negative impact on Exchange Mailboxdatabase level new and old?

I have completely deleted the old mailboxdatabase, without deleting the HealthMailboxes for old mailboxdatabase :(

I have successfully migrated the Mailboxes on New MailboxDatabases and removed the old MailboxDatabases.  Deleted the HealthMailboxes from ADUC in DC side and disabled the HealthMailboxes.
