I work for a school district and have three buildings each with roughly 300 computers. &nbsp;We have two buildings in one network (ip scope) and the third in its own network. &nbsp;We are thinking about closing the one school building and moving the 300 computers and users to the other campus of two building. &nbsp;I am concerned about having so many devices on one broadcast domain. &nbsp;Would one network with 1,000 devices be a bad idea in terms of traffic?

A router is a networking device that forwards data packets between computer networks. Routers perform the "traffic directing" functions on the Internet.
