Cant Restore Deleted Public Folder Exchange 2010 on sbs 2011
A user deleted a public sub folder and when using recover deleted items we get an error
"Outlook was unable to recover some or all of the items in this folder. Make sure you have the required permissions to recover items in this folder, and try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator"
We have tried setting up outlook as the user who deleted it as well as the domain administrator's account. This is a SBS2011 server with exchange 2010. The client uses outlook 2007 and I have tried setting up the accounts in outlook 2013.
We have checked the permissions and it shows that everyone are owners. The "All Public Folders" does not have the option to change permissions and just says summary with nothing listed. It just says Custom next to where is says permissions under the summary tab.
Thanks for any advice!
