Thanks worked like a charm! Just had to right click on the parent folder and select &quot;Show deleted subfolders&quot; and there it was. Right click folder and selected recover folder and it hung up for a few minutes and now it is back in it's place.<br />

We have tried setting up outlook as the user who deleted it as well as the domain administrator's account. This is a SBS2011 server with exchange 2010. The client uses outlook 2007 and I have tried setting up the accounts in outlook 2013.<br />

We have checked the permissions and it shows that everyone are owners. The &quot;All Public Folders&quot; does not have the option to change permissions and just says summary with nothing listed. It just says Custom next to where is says permissions under the summary tab.<br />
