Peel Smart Remote app kept reinstall itself back

Refer to above EE post which is not resolved.

I bought a used Note4 & since receiving it, there's this "Smart Peel remote"
app in it which I've uninstalled it (via PlayStore) : however, the next day,
this app will pop up & when I go to PlayStore, could see that it's installed.

Each time after clicking "Uninstall" for this app in PlayStore, the "Uninstall"
button will turn to "Update" button.

What must I do so that this app doesn't come back (disruptive pop-ups)
again?

The earlier expert suggest disabling it but how is this done?

Maybe this could help you?

Basically in short, go to your Applications/App manager, and then locate the Peel remote app. Select it and see if there's an option to Uninstall or Disable?

If after you have been unable to install, try the Disable.

The other option you can try if those don't work, is to disable the Automatic updates for that App.

Thanks for the link. The "3 dot" is what I can't locate:

-Open the Play Store app. (BTW, latest APK can be found here.)
-Search for the Peel Remote app, and open its listing.
-Tap on the 3-dot button in the top right. <== don't see this
-Disable the automatic update for the app by not selecting the ‘Enable auto update’ checkbox.

Hmmm...I am not sure why you don't see the 3 dots. Is there three lines? or something similar?
