Does My HP Server have a failed HD?

I have a HP ProLiant 360p.  The eject button on one of the drives is lit red.  Does this mean it has failed?

Let's hope we were quick enough, it's either RAID 1 or 10, if they removee that and it stops then powering off, putting it back normally recovers it anyway.

Is the SSA RAID management GUI a part of the ILO?
You can get a bit via the iLO but the SSA is via the OS either locally or remotely if it's something like VMware that has no GUI. HPE disks are not very photogenic but it does not look to be one of those two, try a photo of the other disks.

So, in the ILO a failed physical drive shows up
Bay 2 is the one below that one in the photo (but can't quite see number+arrow in photo).

It says "recovering" though and the green disk symbol in the middle is the same on both, it's meant to be red if it is faulty. Could have gone off line and come back on again, more info needed via SSA or ACU under OS, what OS do you have?

Unless I can access from Windows, I will need to reboot the server to get into array management.  It will have to be after hours.

If I install this, will I be able to view the current RAID array without altering it?

I really really need to know.  This server controls our companys DC, so before I do anything I want to be careful.
Yes, you can install it without fear of it damaging anything,. You could of course use it to delete all the current arrays but it's pretty obvious how to use it. It might be already installed, if you have a menu it's under start HPE System Tools.
