Excel spreadsheet printing squished

I have an Excel spreadsheet that is being cut off on the right side both on-screen and print preview/printing. The file works on other machines with no issue. I have confirmed printer settings are all identical.

Image of how it appears on problematic machine.

Have you checked the scaling and the paper format of the excel setting?

Looks like a font issue. Make 100% sure the font you are using is installed on all of the PCs, especially the one that prints like your screen shot. Or as a test, change all of the cells to a standard font such as Arial, and then try it on that computer and see if the issue goes away.

Narrowed it down to column width as I can change the column sizes and it will reflect in print preview. however, if i set the columns to auto width they go all crazy (on all machines)

It appears the issue was due to scaling/resolution in Windows of the second monitor. I was able to open the file fine on the main monitor that was set to 125%. If I opened the file on the other monitor (100%) it was small. I changed the 100 to 125 and was able to open the spreadsheet as intended
