Exchange 2010 mail transport issue
We are having an issue with our Exchange server
We are only a small organisation (approx 12 users) using 2008r2 Exchange 2010 sp3 48gb RAM 1tb drive
The server is a DC and file server. It’s not a SBS.
There is loads of free disk space on the server.
We have backup assist software to backup the system and spam fighter software to provide spam filtering for the server.
The server stops sending and receiving mails at approx 4 pm every day and takes a reboot to start sending and receiving mails again. I thought that this may be a “stress” related issue but having read a post regarding this and disabling monitoring we still have this issue.
The server has 2010 exchange SP3 installed the spam fighter and backup assist software is up to date. I have had a look at the mail queues and all seems OK
