Exchange-update

Hello,
Exchange 2010 SP3(single server)
Couple days ago Exchange stoped sending mails.
If I restart server everything is fine.
Troubleshooting the issue I found that my colleague updated server and installed NET framework 4.7.2.
I presume net framework is problem
http://www.expta.com/2018/07/do-not-install-net-framework-472-on.html
What is the best way to uninstall net framework 4.7.2?
