Exchange 2010 stops processing messages in and out until reboot. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;This error occurs in the log around the time of the failure. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Even 1009. &nbsp; &nbsp;Details are The Microsoft Exchange Mail Submission service is currently unable to contact any Hub Transport servers in the local Active Directory site. The servers may be too busy to accept new connections at this time.<br />

Its worth noting we have a hybrid deployment as we are slowing migrating to office 365. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;We did not have this issue prior to hybrid setup.
