I don't think that you can call SOLID outdated. Especially as I discovered over the years that the SOLID principles can be used with database development or even non-IT tasks like business processes. And you can apply them also in classical engineering.

Furthermore OOP has not changed over the years, so I don't even see an reason for calling it or the SOLID principles outdated.

The only thing I see nowadays is that the tool chains have changed and many people create literally new projects with them instead of evolving them. E.g. code-generation and scaffolding plays a role for time-saving.
