How to troubleshoot NetScaler Gateway Virtual Servers

How can I view logging regarding state changes of NetScaler Gateway Virtual Servers? After upgrading to the latest version
sometimes user are getting to the proper login page and desktop and other times they redirected to a default site.

NetScaler (11515)
 NS11.1: Build 57.13.

What do you mean with "default site"?
if VServer is down you should get a browser-/proxy-message "webpage not reachable".
But i never seen a vserver-shut down without my command (or ended demo-licence)

We monitor the vserver from PRTG or NAGIOS/ICINGA.

I mean the traffic is getting directed to our main web site. There's where you go if the host portion of the DNS isn't recorgnized. Say you type in wwcovfefe.acme.com instead of www.acme.com - you get to the same place. But there are also some redirects in the gateway virtual server setup and I'm not sure those pieces work.

Anyhow - is there a way to see client-vserver traffic logging?
