Crashplan Pro not able to connect to server from Windows 7 Machine

We have a network of 25 Windows Systems and I have problems with one of them that cannot connect to Crashplan Pro backup services.

This computer was on a domain and migrated off using forensit.
There is no domain on this network.

I cannot ping central.crashplan.com from this pc but all the other computers I can.

I have disabled ANTIVIRUS turned off firewalls and still nothing.

Is there a log that I can see that will tell me what is preventing me from connecting this system to Crashplan Pro

When I launch Crashplan it says cannot connect to server, but other computers on the network can

Sounds like the program may be buggy if other CP clients work.  Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling CP on that one computer?

I know you already turned off windows firewall but also try stopping firewall service then test again.  If it works with the firewall service stopped then add exceptions on the Windows firewall for the Crashplan program and the following ports:

4282, 4287 (TLS*) - Backup traffic from internal and external endpoints

Not mandatory but add it anyway for testing 4280 (http), 4285 (https) - Access for administration console and web restore to internal and external endpoints

Lastly, you have full access to CP support with your subscription and they can always remote in to this one machine to have a look.  Weird that it only affect one machine.

I did call them and they said they do not know what is blocking it.

What logs can I look at to see what may be blocking it?
Can you monitor from the router?   When we have problems with CP we monitor the traffic in/out of those machine and we can see clearly if any packets are being dropped.
I did monitor and I don't see anything making it to the router I think it is with the computer at this point. This computer was on a domain and we used forensit to migrate it from a domain user to a work group. Any thoughts?
Have you tried reinstalling CP?  CP also have the option to backup to a network share.  Can you test if this is working?
I have tried re installing the issue is after I installion is complete I type in the username right after wards it gives me the error cannot connect to server.

I just got an email back from code42 today and they are perplexed.
