Normally Team-viewer pierce through your firewall with no intervention what so ever, the reason it could be asking that is if you're using a proxy to connect to the internet, you will have to disable your proxy if using one and then connect.

Done checking firewall and its not using any proxy settings. Nothing works, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it.
