How to test the exchange 2010 is working properly?
You can run this script to do a server health check.
https://practical365.com/exchange-server/powershell-script-exchange-server-health-check-report/
And of course, the old fashioned way...send/receive emails.

How to determine the output from the command are pass to be able to send / receive email without any issue to present it to my boss? Tks

Is these a script to test on send / receive email whether fail / pass to output into a readable html format to send it out to the IT director? Tks
I am not sure, why you need script to test send/rec from CAS role, as CAS role is not designed for sending or rec mails. It is your hub role. So, you just need to check, like owa or ews you are able to access. Just goto browser and type https://servername/owa or https://servername/ecp if these are working you are fine. You might see cert error, if your servers are not part of cert, which you can ignore.

Noted w Tks. What is /ecp ?

Is a Services.msc to stop / start for client access server role service instead restart the cashub server?
Do this, open EMS and run test-servicehealth share the result.
ASKER
see test-servicehealth.

So, all services are running. I don't see any issue. Server is working fine. But is showing mailbox role. Where as you are saying CAS issue. Run it on CAS server.

Is in on my first attachment.

Usually we should see pass / fail in the test result.
How do you differentiate from the test- servicehealth check results to tell whether is not or working properly?

You need to check your script, what are you trying to test. Script might have some different test. I am telling you from Exchange level, what you need to check.
Does the issue come back if the server is rebooted?
