how can i change [PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME {lock-period to expire in minutes, not days??

I hate that I know the numbers now, but here is the breakdown for those that don't want to do the math.
Fractions of a day:
24 hours in a day
1440 minutes in a day
86440 seconds in a day
So, 10 hours is 10/24, 10 minutes is 10/1440, 10 seconds is 10/86400.

So, 10 hours is 10/24, 10 minutes is 10/1440, 10 seconds is 10/86400.
I guess I sort of assumed the math was a given and the use of fractions in the parameter was the solution.
I memorized the numbers for some reason. Didn't want to have to keep going 10/24/60/60. 10/86400 is less typing. We do a lot of calculations with seconds.

One minute is 1/24/60
So n minutes are n*1/24/60 or n/24/60
